Ordering & Personalisation
How do I place an order?
Select your preferred design, choose the size and finish, enter your personalised details and proceed to checkout.
Each sign is made to order in our Leeds workshop and crafted according to your submitted specifications.
If you require a bespoke design beyond the options available online, please contact us, we will be pleased to assist.
What happens after I complete my purchase?
Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your personalised specifications.
We recommend reviewing this carefully and notifying us within 24 hours should any amendments be required.
Production begins shortly after confirmation.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
As all personalised products are manufactured to order, amendments or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
While we will always endeavour to accommodate reasonable requests, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has commenced.
Production & Delivery
How long does production take?
Our standard production time is up to 3 working days.
Each sign is individually prepared, finished and quality-checked prior to dispatch.
When will my order arrive?
UK orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail.
International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary during peak periods.
What if my order has not arrived?
If your UK order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
International orders should be reported after 30 working days.
Installation & Care
Is installation hardware included?
Yes. All applicable signs include a complete fitting kit and clear installation guidance.
No additional components are required.
Are the signs pre-drilled?
Yes. Where wall mounting is required, signs are supplied pre-drilled for straightforward installation.
How should I care for my sign?
To preserve the finish:
Clean gently with a soft damp cloth
Avoid abrasive materials
Do not use harsh chemical cleaners
Proper care will maintain the clarity and appearance of the acrylic surface.
Returns & Aftercare
Can personalised signs be returned?
As our products are bespoke and made to your specification, returns are not accepted unless:
The item is defective
The item arrives damaged
An error has occurred during production
This is in accordance with UK consumer legislation.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
We will arrange a prompt replacement.
What if I made an error in my personalisation?
Customers are responsible for reviewing all details prior to checkout.
If incorrect information was submitted, replacement components may be available at a reduced charge. Please contact us for assistance.
Payments & Security
How are payments processed?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
All transactions are processed securely via encrypted SSL technology. We do not store full card details.
