Production Time

All items are made to order. Production typically takes up to 3 working days.

If there is any delay, we will notify you via email.

UK Shipping

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail services.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Royal Mail 48: 2–5 working days

• Other services may vary

Orders not received within 15 working days after dispatch should be reported to us.

International Shipping

We ship to Europe, North America and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times vary by country and customs processing.

International orders not received within 30 working days after dispatch should be reported to us.

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost Parcels

An item will be considered lost after:

• 25 working days (UK)

• 30 working days (International)

After investigation, we will either issue a replacement or a full refund.
