Returns & Refunds Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality personalised products.

Personalised Items

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged in transit

  • We have made an error in spelling, colour or design

If We Made an Error

If we have made a production error, we will:

  • Replace the product free of charge

  • Dispatch the replacement within standard production time

Customer Errors

If incorrect information was submitted (e.g., spelling or colour selection), replacement components are chargeable:

  • Replacement front section: £6.99

  • Replacement fitting kit: £4.99

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damage

  • We will arrange a replacement

Non-Personalised Items

If you purchase a non-personalised item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned via tracked service.

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
