2. Orders & Purchase Process

To place an order, select your preferred product, customise the required fields, and proceed to checkout.

Payment is accepted via major credit/debit cards and PayPal through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Review the confirmation carefully

• Notify us of any errors or amendments within 24 hours

• Inform us if the confirmation email has not been received

The confirmation email reflects your submitted design. Due to fabrication processes, minor variations may occur in the final product.

3. Personalised Products

Most of our products are made to order and personalised according to customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, layout, colour selection and submitted content are correct before completing checkout.

Personalised products are exempt from cancellation and return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

4. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.

For UK and EU orders, VAT is charged at the applicable rate (currently 20% for UK orders).

International customers outside the UK may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure encrypted gateways using SSL encryption technology.

We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.

6. Warranty

We offer a 15-year weatherproof warranty on applicable exterior signage products.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

7. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• Stock is unavailable

• Pricing errors occur

• Payment cannot be authorised

• Delivery is not possible to your location

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
